EXPERIMENT OF APPLYING ANTI-ADHESIVE PREPARATIONS IN THE EXPERIMENT

The article presents the results of an experimental study of modern anti-adhesive drugs used in the prevention of abdominal adhesion formation. During experiment, adhesive disease of the abdominal cavity was induced surgically in 32 rats. After adhesiolysis procedure wound areas were treated with a mixture of Hemoben implant and methylen blue. The combined use of methylen blue with the drug Hemoben led to decrease in the incidence of development of abdominal adhesions
