Today, despite the rapid development of vascular surgery, one of its poorly studied sections is the problem of aneurysmal changes in peripheral vessels. Disorders of internal cerebral circulation and thrombosis caused by blood vessels pose a real threat to the lives of patients. Aneurysms of the neck veins remain the main cause of these diseases today.
