Abstract

This review article analyzes the morphological and immunohistochemical criteria of aggressiveness in phyllodes tumors of the breast. Key prognostic parameters-including cellular atypia, mitotic activity, stromal hypercellularity, Ki-67, and p53 expression-are examined in relation to clinical outcomes. Differences in interpretation among authors are highlighted, emphasizing the need for standardized diagnostic criteria and prognostic assessment strategies.
