HYBRID MINIMALLY INVASIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TREATMENT OF COMPLICATED FORMS OF CHOLELITHIASIS

The article presents the results of using hybrid minimally invasive technologies in the treatment of complicated forms of cholelithiasis in 1,175 patients with acute cholecystitis (2019-2024). 155 (13.1%) patients showed a combination of acute cholecystitis with choledocholithiasis, accompanied by obstructive jaundice and cholangitis. Hybrid interventions (laparoscopic cholecystectomy + intraoperative ERCP) were performed in 79 patients with a conversion rate of 15%. Postoperative complications accounted for 11.4%, mortality – 5.06%. It is shown that the combined approach provides less injury and shorter hospital stay compared to traditional methods.
