The authors emphasize that, according to WHO recommendations and warnings, the task of the latest direction in medical science is not to identify the causes of diseases, but mainly to carry out prognostic diagnostics and prevention. Analysis of these sources shows that the mentioned thematic studies using the example of arterial hypotension have not been studied in accordance with the requirements of the time and remain open to this day.
According to the authors, these data indicate that both prognostic risk factors and these risk factors in patients with arterial hypotension significantly increased the additional high risk compared to arterial hypotension over the next three decades.
