IMPROVEMENT OF TREATMENT STRATEGIES FOR ORAL MUCOSAL LEUKOPLAKIA BASED ON IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL RESULTS

Leukoplakia is a condition that occurs on the oral mucosa and can lead to atypical cellular changes, which may result in the development of a number of serious diseases. This study investigates the clinical manifestations and morphological characteristics of the disease, as well as their correlation, with the aim of developing effective methods for early and timely diagnosis. From this perspective, the immunohistochemical approach applied in the study represents a modern, scientifically grounded, and practice-oriented method for predicting malignant transformation in oral leukoplakia.
