СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ МЕТОДОВ КОРРЕКЦИИ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ ПРИ АДАПТАЦИИ СЪЁМНЫХ ПРОТЕЗОВ

Тема обусловлена увеличением числа пожилых пациентов, нуждающихся в съёмном протезировании. На этапе адаптации протезов часто возникают осложнения, влияющие на комфорт, жевательную функцию и общее качество жизни. Цель исследования – определить частоту и причины осложнений, а также разработать рекомендации по их коррекции. В исследовании приняли участие 60 пациентов с полной и частичной адентией. Результаты показали, что своевременная индивидуальная коррекция протезов позволяет снизить количество осложнений и улучшить адаптацию пациентов.
