Abstract

This article provides up-to-date information on risk factors, pathogenesis, clinical presentation, and diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, with detailed information on the extent to which these factors are affected. In addition, specific data are provided on the role of somatic and psychoneurological symptoms in the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease.
