Abstract

The article reveals the concept and structure of the relevance of the topic of gadgets to the organs of vision. It is a paradox, but technological progress designed to improve the quality of life and human safety, in some cases leads to the opposite effect. Information technology has become an integral part of our lives and the number of users of digital devices continues to grow in all age groups. Mobile phones, computers and other gadgets surround us not only at work, at school, but also take up a significant part of our non-working time. By themselves, computers, smartphones, game consoles and televisions do not pose any threat to humans. The danger arises when people neglect the basic rules of use.
