The state of pathomorphological changes in the pathogenetic angiogenic factor of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head is described and discussed. Pathomorphological changes in the pathogenetic angiogenic factor of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head in COVID-19 disease were studied.
