FORENSIC CHEMICAL INVESTIGATIONS AND THEIR EFFECTIVENESS

Abstract

In case of FME of corpses, additional laboratory tests, including forensic chemical studies of blood, urine, organs and tissues, are one of the necessary methods of research not only in cases of poisoning or suspicion of them, but also in cases where it is necessary to justify thanatogenesis in the presence of background and competing factors. Highlight the role of forensic chemical examinations (research) in improving the performance and effectiveness of the justification of forensic diagnostics based on the analysis of the results of these studies conducted in practice. Studied and analyzed the objects, methods, and indicators of results of examinations (studies) conducted in forensic chemical Department Samarenkova branch of RPSMA in 2022.Study results and discussion.The Department of forensic chemistry of the branch is one of the structural divisions with extensive capabilities. The Department is equipped with modern equipment for chemical examinations (research). Chemical experts working in the Department have sufficient experience and knowledge, and are licensed by State forensic experts.To ensure the scientific validity of forensic chemical examinations carried out in the forensic chemical laboratory, which are an important part of medical examination, it is necessary to provide reagents and equipment, create standards and guidelines for performing procedures, qualitative and quantitative analysis of new toxic substances. Equipping the forensic chemistry Department with highly sensitive equipment will increase the volume of research and the level of analysis accuracy. Described in the article the experience of Department of forensic chemistry Samarkand branch of the RSPCFME may be considered for efficient organization of the activities of other branches.
