ЗНАЧЕНИЕ МИНИИНВАЗИВНЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В ХИРУРГИИ ОСТРОГО ПАНКРЕАТИТА

Исследование проведено на основе анализа пролеченных 182 пациентов тяжелым острым панкреатитом. Применение миниинвазивных вмешательств является более эффективным при лечении больных с асептическим тяжёлым острым панкреатитом по сравнению с выполнением открытых операций, что проявляется снижением частоты летальных исходов (6,2% и 17,2% соответственно). При инфицированном панкреонекрозе применение миниинвазивных оперативных вмешательств также предпочтительно – частота летальных исходов составляет 19,8%, при проведении открытых операций данный показатель составил 26,5%.
