СУДЕБНО-МЕДИЦИНСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ СЕКСУАЛЬНЫХ НАСИЛИЙ НАД ДЕВОЧКАМИ И ДЕВУШКАМИ ПОДРОСТКАМИ

Цель исследования - явилось освещение судебно медицинских аспектов сексуальных насилий над девочками и девушками подростками с определением перспективы исследования в этом направление. Материалы исследования: проведан анализ научной литературы последних лет по изучаемой проблеме. Научные статьи были найдены путем поиска в MEDLINE и web Sciencl, а также путем сбора ссылок из соответствующих статей. Установлено, что характер, объем тяжесть генитальных повреждений у девочек и девушек, пострадавших от сексуальных насилий имеют весьма полиморфный характер, а сроки их заживления значительно варьирует B зависимости от их возраста. Результаты исследования: подчеркивается, что до настоящего времени не разработаны единые критерии установления давности нарушений целостности девственной плевы у девочек и девушек подростков, учитывающие их возраст, популяцию, анатомический тип гемина и социально географических условий жизни. Указанные обстоятельства требует дальнейшее совершенствование судебно - медицинской экспертизы девочек и девушек подростков пострадавших от сексуального насилия для установления давности разрывов девственной плевы в зависимости от их возрастных категорий и популяций. Выведи: характер, объем тяжесть генитальных повреждений у девочек и девушек, пострадавших от сексуальных насилий имеют весьма полиморфный характер, а сроки их заживления значительно варьирует в зависимости от их возраста.
