ОЦЕНКА ВЛИЯНИЯ АТОПИЧЕСКОГО ДЕРМАТИТА НА КАЧЕСТВО ЖИЗНИ СЕМЬИ БОЛЬНОГО РЕБЕНКА

В данной статье мы провели качественное исследование полуструктурированных интервью с матерями детей с диагнозом атопический дерматит (АД). Оценивались следующие данные: диагноз и начало лечения, знания о данном заболевании и влияние болезни ребенка на жизнь матери. В 43,5% случаев ответственность за лечение своих детей несли матери. Около 56,6% воспринимали АД как причину страданий и трудностей, а 21,7% воспринимали АД как опыт обучения. В исследованиях было выявлено, что АД является хроническим заболеванием, оказывающим психологическое и социальное воздействие на жизнь матерей, и при лечении АД необходимо внедрять оказание психологической поддержки для улучшения состояния матери и обеспечения долгосрочной приверженности к лечению.
