QORIN BO'SHLIG'I YOPIQ SHIKASTLANISHLARIDA TALOQ SHIKASTLANISHLARIDA KONSERVATIV DAVOLASH USULLARINI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH

Tadqiqot maqsadi Qorinning yopiq jarohatlarida selzinka jarohatlarini boshqarish bo‘yicha kompleks yondashuvni takomillashtirish.
Materiallar va usullar: 2014 yildan 2024 yilgacha bo‘lgan davrda Rossiya Milliy Tez tibbiy yordam markazining (RNTTM) Samarqand filialida 29 nafar qorindagi bir nechta jarohatlar oqibatida selzinka jarohati bo‘lgan bemorlar davolangan. Ushbu bemorlarga konservativ gemostatik terapiya qo‘llanilgan. Ularning 6 tasida (32,0%) bosh miyaga jarohat, 15 tasida (40,0%) ko‘krak sohasiga jarohat, va 8 tasida (28,0%) tos va qo‘l-oyoqlarga jarohatlar kuzatilgan.
Natijalar. Kasalxonaga yotqizilganida taloq shikastlangan barcha bemorlarda qorin ichi qon ketishining aniq belgilari qayd etilgan: qorin og'rig'i, kollaps, ijobiy alomatlar Kerr, "Vanka-Vstanka" saylovchisi, Kulenkamf. Ultratovush tekshiruvida gemoperitoneum hajmi 15 bemorda 200 dan 350 ml gacha, 12 bemorda 350 ml dan 500 ml gacha, 2 bemorda esa 1200 ml dan oshdi.ikkinchisi qonni videolaparoskopik usulda ijobiy natija bilan olib tashladi.
Xulosa.Yopiqtaloq shikastlanishi bilan29 ta jabrlanuvchiningumumiysoniultratovush,KT,MRIdinamikasidagima'lumotlargaasoslanib, ushbutoifadagijabrlanganlarnikonservativ tarzda olib borishgaimkon berdi,yaxshinatijalarvao'limyo'q.Jigarvataloqningyopiqshikastlanishi bo'lgan 29 ta holatdazamonaviyinvaziv bo'lmagan diagnostikausullaridanfoydalangan holda,bizaniqtashxis qo'yishga muvaffaq bo'ldik, dinamikadakuzatdik,budiagnostikausullariningetarlihajmi va videolaparoskopik diagnostikavaoperatsiyanitalab qilmaydi.
