DIRECT RESULTS OF COMBINED GASTRECTOMY WITH DISTAL HEMIPANCREATECTOMY WITH SPLENECTOMY FOR LOCALLY ADVANCED GASTRIC CANCER

The article examined the immediate results of surgical treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer in 46 patients. All operated patients were in the stage of T4bN0-2M0. The number of postoperative complications was observed in 7 (15,2%) patients. Postoperative mortality was 1 (2,2%).
