THE USE OF VESTIBULAR TESTS IN PATIENTS TO DETERMINE THE LEVEL OF LESION OF THE VESTIBULAR APPARATUS

In work assessment of specificity and diagnostic importance of such widely applied diagnostic vestibular tests as a finger - nasal, a finger - manual tests, test to Burra-Fischer, test on adiodohokinez, tests on balance in Romberg's pose simple and complicated, walking on a straight line, flank walking, and also mid-flight test of Fukud is carried out. Features of their course at patients are discussed with the peripheral, central and mixed type of defeat of the vestibular analyzer. Optimum tests for determination of level of defeat of the vestibular analyzer at primary survey of the patient with dizziness are offered.
