ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ ПОСЛЕВРАЩАТЕЛЬНОГО НИСТАГМА У ПОДРОСТКОВ

При изучении вестибулярного аппарата здоровых подростков методом электронистагмографии после вращательной пробы у 23 из 36 подростков был выявлен вторичный нистагм. Вторичный нистагм часто наблюдался и был более выражен влево. Длительность его превышала длительность первичного нистагма, но интенсивность по показателям частоты, амплитуды и скорости медленной фазы была значительно меньше. Вторичный нистагм был тесно связан с латентным спонтанным нистагмом. Последний всегда сопровождался длительным вторичным нистагмом в ту же сторону. Обнаружение длительного одностороннего вторичного нистагма, очевидно должно иметь для вопросов профессиональной пригодности такое же значение, как и выявление латентного спонтанного нистагма.
