Treatment of patients with acetabulum injuries is relevant due to the increase in the number of victims of severe high-energy transport injuries in recent years. In difficult cases, it involves the use of various methods of osteosynthesis, their combinations, and primary reconstructive arthroplasty. Despite the continuous improvement of methods and the introduction of new technologies for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients, it remains a difficult task.
