Аннотация

Анализируя данные литературы за последние годы, нами выявлено увеличение заболеваемости острым пиелонефритом, а также более часто встречающееся атипическое течение болезни, и, в связи с этим сложности в диагностики формы воспаления. Защитные механизмы мочеполовой системы состоят из гуморальных и клеточных реакций. Нарушение равновесия между этими система, сбой в их работе и определяет путь развития инфекционно-воспалительного процесса. Так же до сих пор нет единого решения об необходимости использования методов иммунокоррекции и иммунопрофилактике при пиелонефрите, что является весьма актуальным, и необходимым. Учитывая вышеизложенное, мы поставили перед собой цель проанализировать исследования, проведенные до настоящего времени.
