Improving the diagnosis and choice of surgical treatment for live rechinococcosis in children. Materials and methods.Theresults of treatment of 193 children aged 3 to18 years with liver echinococcosis of various localization who were examined and treated at the clinic of the Tashkent State Medical University Children's multidisciplinary clinic from 2018 to 2024 were analyzed. The use of radiation research methods allows accurate determination of the localization of echinococcalcystsin the liver, identification of the multiplicity of lesions and determination of the nature of complications. Indoubtfulcases, the use of the reaction of antigen-binding lymphocytes(ASL)with echinococcal antigenallows the detection of residual or recurrent echinococcosisat the initialstages of its development. The effectiveness of surgical treatment of liver echinococcosis in children primarily depends on the choice of the correct tactics, method and method of surgical treatment. Comprehensive surgical treatment based on traditional or minimally invasive laparoscopically assisted interventions with anthelmintic therapy with Zentel for hepaticechinococcosis in children allows for good treatment results.
The results of the study showed that the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of surgical treatment of liver echinococcosis were the presence or absence of complications and relapses of the diseasein the longterm.
