СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОМУ ЛЕЧЕНИЮ ОЧАГОВЫХ ПОРАЖЕНИЙ ПАРОДОНТА С ПРИМЕНЕНИЕМ ЗУБОСОХРАНЯЮЩИХ ОПЕРАЦИЙ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Аннотация

В обзорной статье представлен анализ современных научных публикаций, посвящённых хирургическому лечению очаговых поражений пародонта с применением зубосохраняющих лоскутных операций. Рассматриваются эпидемиологические аспекты пародонтальных заболеваний, классификация и патогенетические особенности очаговых форм пародонтита, эволюция лоскутных хирургических методик от классической операции по Цешинскому–Видману до современных микрохирургических подходов. Особое внимание уделено роли остеопластических материалов, мембранной техники направленной тканевой регенерации (НТР), биологически активных факторов роста (PRF, эмалевые матричные протеины) и комбинированных протоколов в повышении предсказуемости результатов лечения. Проанализированы критерии выбора методики в зависимости от морфологии костного дефекта и выявлены направления дальнейших исследований в области зубосохраняющей пародонтальной хирургии.
