СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ БИЛАТЕРАЛЬНОГО РАКА МОЛОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ (Литературный Обзор)

Недостаточность представления о билатеральном раке молочной железы представляет собой гораздо более сложную проблему для онкологов. На сегоднещний день заболеваемость унилатеральный, а также билатеральный рак молочной железы намного выше, чем 10 лет назад, что делает эту проблему еще более актуальной. Информация о причинах билатерального рака молочной железы, важных критериях развития заболевания, ранней диагностики заболевания и раннем выявлении возможности двустороннего метахронного рака, а также о мерах профилактики не полностью освещена в литературах, научных исследованиях. В данной авторами статье проанализированы данные рекомендаций международного научного общества и результаты крупных клинических исследований по билатеральному раку молочной железы. Также, проанализированы важные критерии в развитии метахронного и синхронного рака молочной железы, были изучены результаты клинико-морфологические, иммуногистохимические аспекты. Изучены причины развития и современные знания о диагностике билатерального рака молочной железы. В частности, авторами было рассмотрено и изучено около 40 зарубежных и отечественных научных работ, посвященных данной проблеме.
