PHARMACOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT OF EFFECT OF NEW DRUG DECOGLITZ ON NERVOUS AND CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEMS

Objective: study of the effect of the new anticancer drug on the nervous and cardiovascular systems of experimental animals
Methods: The study used 120 mice and 18 rabbits, used etaminal sodium and chloral hydrate to study hypnotic effects, as well as corazole and strychnine to study convulsive effects, decoglycs were administered orally at doses of 26 and 52 mg/kg. In the study of the effect on blood pressure level, the substance decoglycs were orally administered to rabbits at doses of 5 and 10 mg/kg.
Results: the test substance decoglytz, when administered at doses of 26 and 52 mg/kg, is permissible when used together with sedatives and sleeping pills, does not cause antagonistic action to the agents of this group. Similarly, with convulsive neurotransmitters, a dose of 26 mg/kg led to a reduction in seizures by 10-20%, Decoglitz at a dose of 56 mg/kg did not affect the excitatory processes of the central nervous system. Conclusion: All the above data make it possible to conclude that the drug does not have a toxic effect on the nervous and cardiovascular systems of animals.
