ДИАГНОСТИКА И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ОТОМИКОЗА У ДЕТЕЙ

20% населения всего мира поражено грибковой инфекцией. По данным многолетних исследований, чаще всего встречается отомикоз, особенно в детском возрасте. В статье описываются основные возбудители, а также причины и предрасполагающие факторы, приводящие к развитию микотической инфекции. Описаны сложности диагностики, заболевания, с которыми следует проводить дифференциальный диагноз, и общие принципы лечения.
