АСПЕКТЫ СИНДРОМА САРКОПЕНИИ В ОНКОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ПРАКТИКИ: ДИАГНОСТИКА И ЛЕЧЕНИЕ (ЛИТЕРАТУРНЫЙ ОБЗОР)

Саркопения диагностируется у 20-70% пациентов с распространенными новообразованиями и связана с рядом негативных последствий. В то же время это состояние редко попадает в центр внимания практикующих онкологов, в том числе из-за трудностей диагностики. Коррекция саркопении требует мультидисциплинарного подхода: включая оптимальное питание с потреблением достаточного количества белка, микроэлементов, а также аэробные и силовые физические нагрузки.
