АЛГОРИТМ ДИАГНОСТИКИ МЕХАНИЧЕСКОЙ ЖЕЛТУХИ ДОБРОКАЧЕСТВЕННОГО ГЕНЕЗА

В основу исследования положены результаты комплексного обследования и лечения 212 пациентов с МЖДГ. Алгоритм инструментальных методов исследования диагностики МЖДГ и ее причин основан на принципе от простого к сложному (от неинвазивных методов к инвазивным). Диагностика МЖДГ с применением разработанного диагностического алгоритма, включающего современные неинвазивные лучевые методы (УЗИ, МРПХГ) диагностики, а также инвазивные пункционные и эндоскопические (РПХГ, ЧЧХГ) с переходом на декомпрессию желчных путей (выполнено 73,64% больных основной группы).
