ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОЕ ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ ВЕНОЗНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТИ НИЖНИХ КОНЕЧНОСТЕЙ

Решающую роль в возникновении трофических язв играет венозная гипертензия, без устранения которой сложно добиться их заживления. Хирургический метод является наиболее радикальным способом лечения венозной язвы. Однако выполнение классических операций сопряжено с необходимостью наркоза, нескольких разрезов в условиях плохой перфузии и инфицированности кожных покровов, кровопотерей, что значительно повышает риск подобных вмешательств у лиц преклонного возраста. Поэтому дальнейшая перспектива по разработке и внедрению миниинвазивных методик, включая склерохирургию, видеоэндохирургию и комбинацию различных малотравматичных способов в лечении венозных язв представляется весьма обоснованной и необходимой.
