Врожденный косолапость является одной из наиболее частых джеформ аций нижних конечностей и приводящих к значительным функциональным нарушениям при отсутствии лечения. Раннее минимально инвазивное лечение было признано одним из сам ых успешных методов современной детской ортопедии. Представленный обзор обобщает известные на сегоднящний день знания дискутабельные вопросы о лечение косолапости.
