Qandli diabet bilan bog‘liq yiringli kasalliklari bo‘lgan 112 nafar bemorda kompleks davolashda mintaqaviy limfatik antibiotik terapiyasi, enterosorbsiya va polifepan bilan surtish sorbsiyasidan foydalanish samaradorligi o‘rganildi. Olingan natijalar qandli diabet bilan og'rigan bemorlarda yiringli-septik kasalliklarni davolashda ushbu effektiv terapiya usullaridan birgalikda foydalanishning yuqori samaradorligi va istiqbollarini ko'rsatdi. Kombinatsiyalangan davolash yordamida oyoqning tayanch funktsiyasini saqlab qolishga qaratilgan mahalliy operatsiyalar sonini ko'paytirish orqali son amputatsiyalari sonini 29,7% dan 10,1% gacha kamaytirish mumkin edi. 17,2% dan 4,2% gacha va o'limni 10,5% dan 1,8% gacha kamaytirish. Bemorlarning kasalxonada qolish muddati o'rtacha 11,4±1,7 kunni tashkil etdi, bu nazorat guruhiga qaraganda 10 kunga kam.
