Bolalarda gastroduodenal sohaningeroziv va o‘n ikki barmoqli ichak yarasini davolash gastroenterologiyaning ustuvor vazifalardan biridir. Turmush tarzining o‘zgarishi morfogenezdagi o‘zgarishlar va gastroduodenal zonadagi patologik jarayonning tabiati bilan bog‘liq bo‘lib, bu kasallikning klinik ko‘rinishini diversifikatsiya qilishga olib keladi. Tadqiqot davomida bo‘lgan bolalarda oshqozon yarasi kasalligi va eroziv gastroduodenitning klinik kursining asemptomatik va o‘chirilgan shakllarga aylanishini isbotlaydi. O‘n ikki barmoqli ichak yarasi shahar sharoitida yashovchi bolalarda sezilarli darajada tez-tez aniqlanishi aniqlandi. Bu yuqori malakali tibbiy yordamning mavjudligi, ixtisoslashgan shifoxonalarning mavjudligi bilan bog‘liq.
