XOLETSISTOXOLEDOXOLITIAZ BILAN BEMORLARNI DAVOLASHDA MINIMAL INVAZIV JARROHLIK ARALASHUVLARNI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH

Maqolada o’t tosh kasalligining murakkab shakllari bo'lgan bemorlarda gibrid minimal invaziv texnologiyalardan foydalangan holda jarrohlik davolash usuli (rentgen jarrohlik xonasida laparoskopik va endoskopik usullar) muhokama qilinadi. 2017-2023-yillarda 1163 nafar o‘tkir xoletsistit bilan og‘rigan bemor operatsiya qilindi. Ulardan 107 nafar (9,2%) bemorda jigardan tashqari o‘t yo‘llarida toshlar borligi bilan birga obstruktiv sariqlik va xolangit belgilari bilan o‘tkir xoletsistit kombinatsiyasi kuzatilgan. Ushbu guruhda biz 55 bemorda o't yo'llarini sanatsiya qilish uchun gibrid minimal invaziv texnologiyalardan foydalandik. Ochiq kirishga o'tish darajasi 7,2% (4 bemor) ni tashkil etdi, operatsiyadan keyingi erta davrda operatsiyadan keyingi asoratlar 5,45% (3) bemorlarda qayd etilgan. Operatsiyadan keyingi o'lim kuzatilmadi. Xolelitiyozning murakkab shakllari uchun o't pufagi va o't yo'llarida gibrid minimal invaziv operatsiyalar operatsiyadan keyingi asoratlarning minimal soniga ega bo'lgan past travmatik aralashuvdir. Qo'llash mumkin bo'lmagan holatlar bo'lmasa, ushbu texnologiya shoshilinch jarrohlik yordamini ko'rsatadigan muassasalarda keng qo'llanilishi mumkin.
