ICHAK TUTILISHI BILAN ASORATLANGAN VENTRAL CHURRANING KLINIK XUSUSIYATLARI

Tadqiqotda ichak tutilishi bilan asoratlangan qorin old devorining strangulyatsiyalangan churralari uchun operatsiya qilingan 242 nafar bemorning retrospektiv va istiqbolli maʼlumotlaridan foydalanildi. Strangulyatsiyalangan ventral churralarning turi va hajmidan qat'i nazar, yuqori qorin bo'shlig'i bosimi (QBB) enteral va ko'p a'zolar etishmovchiligini rivojlanish xavfi bilan ta'mirlashning kuchlanishsiz usullaridan foydalanishga dalolat beradi. SPK enteral intubatsiya orqali oldini olish mumkin. Asosiy tadqiqot guruhida kuchlanishsiz tuzatish va enteral intubatsiyadan foydalanish natijasida. QBBning pasayishiga sezilarli (p˂0.05) tendentsiya aniqlandi. Taqqoslash guruhida 19,3±1,6 boshlang'ich qiymati operatsiyadan keyin 17,1±1,3 gacha, asosiy guruhda esa 18,8±1,8 boshlang'ich qiymati 14,5±1,3 mm Hg ga kamaydi. Qorin bo'shlig'ining ultratovush tekshiruvi yordamida parez va ichak tutilishini samarali nazorat qilish mumkin.
