LAPAROSKOPIYA VA BALTAZAR SHKALASI NATIJALARI BO'YICHA O'TKIR PANKREATITNING OG'IRLIGI PROGNOZI

Tadqiqot o'tkir destruktiv pankreatit va fermentativ peritonit bilan og'rigan 102 bemorda o'tkazildi, ular kasallik boshlanganidan keyin dastlabki 72 soat ichida laparoskopiya o'tkazildi. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalari qorin bo'shlig'idagi patologik o'zgarishlarni baholash uchun ball tizimini ishlab chiqishga olib keldi, bu kasallikning og'irligini bashorat qilishga imkon beradi. Ma'lum bo'lishicha, qorin bo'shlig'idagi o'zgarishlarni ball bilan baholash bilan laparoskopiya natijalari Baltazar shkalasi bo'yicha kompyuter tomografiyasi yordamida o'tkazilgan o'tkir pankreatitning og'irligini baholashga ko'proq mos keladi (usulning sezgirligi mos ravishda 86,3% va 91,2% ni tashkil etdi).
