BOLALARDA GIARDIAZNING BA'ZI JIHATLARI

JSST ma'lumotlariga ko'ra, lyamblioz dunyodagi bolalarning taxminan 20-25 foiziga uchraydi. Lambliozning klinik ko'rinishlari xilma-xil, ammo oshqozon-ichak traktining shikastlanishi ustunlik qiladi, bu o'n ikki barmoqli ichakdagi parazitlarning lokalizatsiyasi bilan bog'liq. Ingichka ichakning shikastlanishi kindikda doimiy o'rtacha darajadagi og'riq, qorin dam bo’lishi, kuniga 3-10 martagacha ich ketishi, ko'ngil aynishi va qayt qilish bilan tavsiflanadi. Biz lyambliozning latent, subklinik va klinik shakllari bilan og'rigan bemorlarni o'rgandik. Biz lambliozning yashirin, subklinik va klinik shakllarini ajratdik. Kasallikning yashirin shakli bo'lgan bolalarda shikoyatlar yo'q edi. Lambliozning subklinik va klinik shakllarida qorin og'rig'i, ichak va oshqozon dispepsiyasi sindromi kuzatildi. Lamblioz uchun bolalarga parhez va dori terapiyasi buyuriladi.
