Мақолада туғма маймоқликни учраши, классификацияси, гипсли боғлам қўллаш усуллари, физиотерапия ва бола оёқ панжасини тўғрилаб динамик коррекция қилиш мақсадида қўлланиладиган брейсларнинг хусусиятлари таҳлил қилинади. Замонавий қурилмали брейслар маймоқликни консерватив ва жарроҳлик усулида тўғрилангандан сўнг қўлланилиши ва конструктив хусусиятлари: функционаллиги, гигиеник универсаллиги, қўллаш қулайлиги таъкидланади.
