Kesar kesish operatsiyasi bilan tug‘ilgan bolalarda tug‘ilishining ilk kunlaridan boshlab ichak mikrobiotsenozining buzilishi kelajakda o‘tkir yuqumli ichak infeksiyalarining rivojlanish xavfini oshiradi. Shuning uchun kesar kesish operatsiyasi bilan tug‘ilgan bolalar oshqozon-ichak trakti bilan bog‘liq kasalliklar rivojlanishi mumkin bo‘lgan xavf guruhiga kiritilishi shart. Kesar kesish operatsiyasi bilan tug‘ilgan bolalarda tug‘ilishining birinchi kunlaridan boshlab mikroekologik va funksional ichak kasalliklarining oldini olish uchun probiotiklardan foydalanish bolalar salomatligini himoya qilishga yordam beradi.
