O'TKIR MIOKARD INFARKTLI YOSH BEMORLARDA BUYRAK FUNKTSIYASINING BUZILISHI KASALLIK PROGNOZINING MUSTAQIL BASHORATCHISI SIFATIDA BAHOLANISHI

Ushbu ilmiy ishda buyrak funktsiyasi buzilishining yurak-qon tomir o'limining prognostik bashoratchisi sifatida roli tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotga 22 yoshdan 59 yoshgacha bo'lgan 122 nafar O’KS bilan kasallangan bemorlar kiritilgan bo'lib, ular Respublika ixtisoslashtirilgan kardiologiya ilmiy-amaliy tibbiyot markazining Samarqand mintaqaviy filiali negizida o'tkir koronar sindrom (O’KS) va yurak ishemik kasalliklari (YuIK) bo'limlarida kasalxonaga yotqizilgan. Barcha bemorlarga umumiy klinik tekshiruv o'tkazildi (anamnez, bemorning antropometrik va jismoniy tekshiruvi, qon bosimi, yurak urish tezligini o'lchash), laboratoriya va instrumental tadqiqotlar, shu jumladan klinik qon tahlili, biokimyoviy qon tekshiruvi, troponin I, T, MB-CPK, KFT, EKG, Xolter-EKG, qabul paytida ekokardiyografiya va qabulning 1, 4 va 7-kunlaridagi dinamikada. KFT ning 60 ml/min dan kam kamayishi O’MIST ko’tarilishi bilan og'rigan bemorlarda kardiovaskulyar sabablarga ko'ra o'limga ta'sir qiladi, ammo O’MIST depressiyasi bilan og'rigan bemorlarda prognozga ta'sir qilmaydi. KFT ni hisoblash usulining keng joriy etilishi buyraklarning filtrlash funktsiyasining o'rtacha buzilishini o'z vaqtida aniqlashga va bemorning terapiyasiga tuzatish kiritishga imkon beradi va shu bilan salbiy natijalar sonini kamaytiradi.
