Tadqiqotlar asosida 102 bemor oyoq varikoz tomirlarining o'tkir tromboflebiti bilan diagnostika va davolash natijalari tahlil qilindi. Pastki oyoq varikoz tomirlarining o'tkir tromboflebiti ko'pincha (48,1%) CEAP tasnifiga ko'ra C 3-darajali surunkali venoz etishmovchilikda uchraydi va 46,1% da ostial klapanlar darajasida tromboz aniqlangan. Jarrohlik taktikasi va O`VTF uchun operatsiya hajmini tanlash trombotik jarayonning lokalizatsiyasiga bog'liq, ultratovushli Doppler tekshiruviga ko'ra, tromboembolik asoratlar xavfi va kasalliklarning davomiyligi.
