TUXUMDON RAKINI BOSQICHLARIDA MIKROMUHITNI IMMUNOGISTOXIMIK TEKSHIRISH: O’SMA PROGRESSIYASIDA IMMUN HUJAYRALAR ROLI

Zararlangan epitelial tuxumdon o’smalari barcha holatlarning 90% ini tashkil etadi, ulardan serozli karsinomalar 85% gacha bo’ladi. Yuqori molekulyar va genetik geterogenlik, shuningdek, kimyoviy terapiyaga qarshilik tufayli samarali davolash maqsadlarini topish qiyin. Tadqiqot davomida 2020-yildan 2024-yilgacha serozli tuxumdon rakidan davolangan 74 nafar bemor immunogistokimyoviy tekshirishdan o’tkazildi, bunda CD3, CD4, CD8, CD11b, CD14 va CD16 ga qarshi monoklonal antitellardan foydalanildi. Bemorlarning o’rtacha yoshi 53±12 yoshni tashkil etdi. Nazorat guruhi 70 nafar tuxumdonlarning yaxshi sifatli o’smalari bilan bemorlardan tashkil topdi. Natijalar shuni ko’rsatdiki, makrofaglar (CD11b+, CD14+) serozli tuxumdon rakining barcha bosqichlarida o’sma mikro muhitida ko’pchilikni tashkil etadi. Ular ortidan CD3+, CD8+ va CD4+ limfotsitlar keladi, CD16+ hujayralar eng kam sonni tashkil etadi. Kasallik rivojlanishi bilan birga makrofaglar (CD11b+, CD14+) va limfotsitlar (CD3+, CD16+) soni kamaydi, o’sma differentsiatsiyasining darajasidan qat’i nazar. O’sma bosqichi oshishi bilan CD4+ va CD8+ hujayralar soni ham kamaydi, bu kamayish yomon differentsiyalashgan o’smalarda yanada sezilarliroq bo’ladi.
