GEN POLIMORFIZMINING LARINGOTRAXEIT RIVOJLANISHIGA TA'SIRI (ADABIYOTLAR SHARHI )

Yuqori nafas yo'llari kasalliklariga, shu jumladan takroriy laringotraxeitga irsiy moyillik turli xil genetik omillarga bog'liq bo'lishi mumkin bo'lgan murakkab hodisadir. Xususan, zamonaviy tadqiqotlar ma'lum genlar va tananing immunitet reaktsiyasi o'rtasida assotsiatsiyalar mavjudligini ko'rsatadi. Ushbu genetik o'zgarishlar, o'z navbatida, immunitet tizimining ishlashiga sezilarli ta'sir ko'rsatishi mumkin, bu ma'lumotlar shuni ko'rsatadiki, laringeal va traxeyada yallig'lanish jarayonlarini keltirib chiqaradigan infektsiyalarga sezuvchanlikni oshiradi.
