ANTENATAL DAVRDA BOLALARDA O'PKA TO'QIMALARINING O'LIM DARAJASIDAGI MIKROSKOPIK O'ZGARISHLAR

Antenatal davrda chaqaloqlar o‘limining, xarakterli jixatlaridan biri, fetoplasentar yetishmovchilikka olib keluvchi har qanday jarayonlarni rivojlanishi va chaqaloq gipoksiyaning ustunligi bilan izoxlanadi. Antenatal chaqaloqlar o‘limini sud tibbiy baxolash, tanotogenez mexanizmini moxiyatini ochish, og‘ir asortalarni oldindan bashoratlash va o‘lim ko‘rsatkichini kamaytirish muammoni dolzarbligini anglatadi. Aynan, buyrak to‘qimalarida morfologik chalalik belgilarini yaqqol namoyon bo‘lganligi bilan jixatlanadi. Antenatal davrda nobud bo‘lgan chaqaloqlar buyrak to‘qimasidagi morfologik o‘zgarishlar bevostita yetuk yoki chala tug‘ilganligiga, hamda erta yoki kechgi neonatal davrda uchrashi bilan bog‘liq bo‘lib, buyrak tanachalari maydoni nefronlari ko‘rsatkichlarining past darajasi kech neonatal davrda ham chala tug‘ilganlarda saqlanib qolishi aniqlandi.
