Maqolada ko’p miqdorda menstrual qon ketishi natijasida kelib chiqadigan temir tanqisligi holatlarini diagnostikasi va davolashning zamonaviy yondashuvlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Temir tanqisligini erta aniqlashda ferritin, erituvchi transferin retseptorlari va zardob temiri kabi laborator markerlarning ahamiyatiga alohida e’tibor qaratiladi. Temir preparatlari, gormonal muvozanatni normallashtirish va endometriya angiogenezini tiklash bo‘yicha innovatsion yondashuvlarni o‘z ichiga olgan davolashning istiqbolli yo‘nalishlari muhokama qilinadi. Temir tanqisligining reproduktiv salomatlikka ta’siri, jumladan homila va yangi tug‘ilgan chaqaloq uchun xavflar haqidagi ma’lumotlar keltiriladi. Maxsus parhezlardan foydalanish, davolashda shaxsiy yondashuv va tibbiyotning turli sohalari o‘rtasidagi hamkorlikning natijalarni yaxshilashdagi roli kabi profilaktik choralar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Anemiyaga chalinish ko‘rsatkichini pasaytirish maqsadida klinik tavsiyalarni standartlashtirish va shifokorlar hamda bemorlarning xabardorligini oshirish zarurligiga urg‘u beriladi.
