Parkinson kasalligi Altsgeymer kasalligidan (AK) keyingi eng keng tarqalgan kasallikdir. PK patologik jihatdan nigrostriatal dopaminergik innervatsiyani yo'qotish bilan tavsiflanadi, ammo neyrodegeneratsiya nigral dopaminergik neyronlar bilan chegaralanib qolmay, neyron tarmog'ining boshqa hududlarida joylashgan hujayralarga ham ta'sir qiladi. Ushbu keng tarqalgan patologiya PKni juda geterogen kasallikka aylantiradi va diagnostikasida o’ziga yarasha qiyinchiliklar paydo qiladi.Ushbu maqolada biz Parkinson kasalligining etiologiyasi va epidemiologiyasini, xavf omillarini, klinik ko'rinishlarini, diagnostik mezonlarini va ushbu neyrodegenerativ kasallikni davolash bo'yicha tadqiqotlarning hozirgi holatini ko'rib chiqamiz.
