METALL-KERAMIKA VA SIRKONIY PROTEZLAR BILAN PROTEZLASH PAYTIDA PARODONT TO'QIMALARDA STRUKTURAVIY VA FUNKTSIONAL O'ZGARISHLARNI BAHOLASH

Кeramika va zirkonyum materiallardan yasalgan olinmaydigan konstruktsiyalar yordamida protezlashdan oldin va keyin og'iz suyuqligidagi mahalliy og'iz immuniteti omillarining holati 20-70 yoshdagi 180 kishida va bir xil yoshdagi taqqoslash guruhidagi 30 ta sog'lom odamda o'rganilgan. Og'iz suyuqligida yallig'lanishga qarshi sitokinlar IL-1b, IL-6, FN O-a va yallig'lanishga qarshi sitokin IL-10 darajasi aniqlandi va taqqoslandi. Bu yaxshi aniqlangan va (to'g'ridan-to'g'ri) ortodontik ikkinchi tuzilish materialining og'iz shilliq qavatining immun gomeostazi (sitokin holati) holatiga bog'liq edi.
