Tadqiqot maqsadi: osteoartrit va surunkali vena yetishmovchiligi bo‘lgan bemorlarda tizza bo‘g‘imi operatsiyalarida tromboembolik asoratlar xavfini kamaytirish.
Materiallar va usullar: 2019-2021-yillarda Samarqanddagi shifoxonada o‘tkazilgan 552 ta tizza bo‘g‘imi operatsiyasi ma’lumotlari tahlil qilindi. 168 bemor tizza bo‘g‘imi osteoartritidan aziyat chekkan, ulardan 86 tasi operatsiya qildirilgan. Barcha bemorlar yoshi va davolanish vaqtiga qarab 2 guruhga ajratilgan. Tasniflash xalqaro standartlarga muvofiq amalga oshirildi, har bir bemorga ortoped-travmatolog va qon-tomir jarrohi maslahati berildi.
Natijalar va muhokama: tromboembolik asoratlarni oldini olish algoritmini qo‘llash jarrohlik yo‘li bilan davolanayotgan tizza bo‘g‘imi osteoartriti va surunkali venoz yetishmovchiligi bo‘lgan bemorlarda tromboz rivojlanish xavfini kamaytirdi. Biroq, har bir bemorda individual xavf omillarini hisobga olish va operatsiyadan keyin ularni kuzatib borish zarur.
Xulosa: tromboembolik asoratlarni oldini olish algoritmidan foydalanish bemorlarda tromboz xavfini kamaytirishi mumkin, ammo samarali profilaktika uchun individual xavf omillarini hisobga olish va operatsiyadan keyingi kuzatuvni amalga oshirish lozim.
