Tadqiqot urolitiazda gumbaz apparati va yondosh tuzilmalaridagi patomorfologik o‘zgarishlarga bag‘ishlangan. 72 nafar bemorning tahlili shuni ko‘rsatdiki, uzoq muddatli siydik yo‘llari obstruksiyasi qon tomir devorining qalinlashishiga (18,4%, r <0,05), parenximatoz skleroz (22,1 ± 4,3% gacha, r <0,001) va fibroz rivojlanishiga (75% hollarda) olib keladi. Fornikal reflyuks interstitsial yallig‘lanish xavfining oshishi bilan bog‘liq (62,5% hollarda, r<0,05). Olingan ma’lumotlar MKB patogenezida fornikal apparatning ahamiyatini va davolashni optimallashtirish uchun keyingi tadqiqotlar zarurligini ta’kidlaydi.
