Sigmasimon ichakning o’z o’qi atrofida buralishi shoshilinch jarroxlikda keng uchraydigan muammolaridan biri xisoblanadi. Ushbu kasallik bemorlarda nekroz va ichak teshilishi tufayli turli xil asoratlarga olib kelishi mumkin. Bunday bemorlar guruhiga endoskopik dekompressiya va detorsiya yoki sigmasimon ichak rezeksiyasi kabi shoshilinch jarrohlik amaliyotlari qo’llanilishi kerak.
