##article.abstract##

Prostata adenomasi (prostata bezining xavfsiz giperplaziyasi) 50 yoshdan oshgan erkaklarda eng keng tarqalgan urologik kasalliklardan biridir. Ushbu maqolada PBXGni davolashning zamonaviy yondashuvlari, jumladan dori-darmonlar bilan davolash, kam invaziv usullar va jarrohlik aralashuvlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. 2019-yildan 2024-yilgacha bo‘lgan davrda O‘zbekiston urologiya klinikalarida davolangan 1200 nafar bemor ma’lumotlari asosida turli usullarning samaradorligi va xavfsizligi qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, medikamentoz terapiya kasallikning dastlabki bosqichlarida samarali, ammo infravezikal obstruksiyaning yaqqol namoyon bo‘lishida cheklovlarga ega. Kam invaziv usullar giperplaziyaning o‘rtacha darajasida urodinamik ko‘rsatkichlarning sezilarli yaxshilanishini ta’minlaydi va asoratlarning past chastotasiga ega. Jarrohlik davolash, ayniqsa lazerli enukleatsiya va robot yordamidagi operatsiyalar prostata bezining katta hajmlarida eng samarali bo‘lib, siydik chiqarish ko‘rsatkichlarining maksimal yaxshilanishini ta’minlaydi. Davolash usulini tanlashda kasallikning bosqichiga, prostata bezining kattaligiga va bemorning individual xususiyatlariga asoslanish kerak. Zamonaviy tendensiyalar yuqori samaradorlik va xavfsizlikni saqlab qolgan holda aralashuvlarning invazivligini minimallashtirishga qaratilgan bo‘lib, bu bemorlarning hayot sifatini yaxshilash va asoratlar xavfini kamaytirish imkonini beradi.
