CHOV CHURRASI BILAN OG‘RIGAN BEMORLARNI XIRURGIK DAVOSINI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH

Tadqiqot chov churrasida an'anaviy ochiq gernioplastika va laparoskopik usullarini solishtirishga qaratilgan. 2015–2024 yillar davomida Samarqand davlat tibbiyot universitetining ko‘p tarmoqli klinikasida jarrohlik yo‘li bilan davolangan 234 erkak bemorning natijalari tahlil qilindi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, laparoskopik TAPP va TEP usullari an'anaviy ochiq gernioplastikaga nisbatan churra residivi va operatsiyadan keyingi asoratlar sonini kamaytiradi. To‘qimalar holatiga qarab gernioplastika usulini tanlash algoritmi ishlab chiqildi, bu esa asoratlar sonini kamaytirishga va jarrohlik davolash natijalarini yaxshilashga yordam berdi.
